Orders
Our warehouse is unable to assist with receiving pajamas to be transferred to our monogrammers. We highly suggest placing a new order for a new monogram pajama and please initiate a return for the un-monogrammed pajama through our online return portal.
In an effort to go green, we do not include gift boxes with every purchase; with the exception that all items from our silk collection will include a gift box. Gift boxes are available to add on to orders at checkout for $10/each.
We cannot edit the payment method after they have been placed. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance with your order at info@petite-plume.com
We sometimes are able to edit the shipping address before the item is shipped. We cannot guarantee any changes to the shipping address after the order has been placed. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance with your order at info@petite-plume.com
Due to high volumes, we cannot guarantee that orders can be canceled or edited prior to shipping. Monogrammed orders cannot be canceled or edited, all monogrammed orders are considered final sale once the order has been placed. Fabrics and Products
We launched Petite Plume to create a luxury line of sleepwear for children made with the highest quality cotton and without chemicals. It took us years to pioneer the fabric, which is cotton blended with inherently flame retardant fiber to allow us to pass the strict CPSC laws without chemicals.

Twill, Brushed Twill, Flannel, and Pima: Ensure that all buttons are fastened prior to laundering. Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with like colors and fabrics. Lay flat to dry or machine dry with no heat. Do not utilize OxiClean, bleach, or laundry softeners; as these products can damage and fade the fabric.
Silk: A majority of our silk products can be washed by hand or in a laundry bag on a cold delicate cycle. Silks should be washed with only a gentle detergent designed for delicates; do not utilize OxiClean, bleach, or laundry softeners. Please see the label on your pajamas regarding best laundry practices for your merchandise. All silk options are not suitable for the dryer and should be laid flat to dry.
Cashmere: All cashmere merchandise are Dry Clean Only.
Bedding: Ensure all buttons are fastened prior to laundering. Machine wash warm with like colors and fabrics. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed on whites. Do not utilize OxiClean, laundry softeners, or scented laundry beads; as these products can damage, stain, and fade the fabric. All bedding can be machine dried on low heat. Use warm iron if needed on cotton bedding.
While all our fabric is preshrunk, our 100% cotton products may shrink 3-5% upon washing, but washing and drying in cool temperatures will prevent or reduce shrinkage.
Shipping and Delivery
The cut-off date for domestic monogrammed orders to arrive before Thanksgiving is Nov. 8th and for Christmas/Hanukkah is Dec. 15th
At checkout, there are expedited shipping options available for a fee. Please note that expedited shipping rates are calculated based on location, local taxes, and weight of the overall order. In addition, Saturday and Sunday are not considered transit days; therefore 2-day expedited orders placed after 12pm on Wednesdays will most likely be delivered on the following Monday. Expedited shipping rates will not speed up the processing times for monogramming.
We offer free ground shipping within the US for all orders $125+. Our free ground shipping method is powered through USPS and UPS.
We offer international shipping options at checkout for a fee. Please note that taxes, tariffs, and customs may be grouped together with the shipping rate.
Once your package has left our warehouse, you should have received an email confirmation with the tracking details! If you believe that your order has been lost en transit, mis-delivered, or stolen upon delivery, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance at info@petite-plume.com
Returns and Exchanges
Our online return portal is only eligible for domestic US orders. Please see our return page for more details.
All made-to-order items (monogrammed and embroidered) are FINAL SALE; not eligible for exchanges, returns, store credits, or refunds. If you have further questions regarding your monogram order, please reach out to our customer service team at info@petite-plume.com
Gifts purchased between October 15, 2024 and December 24, 2024 may be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2025 with proof of purchase or by order number lookup. All returns outside of the holiday return window will receive merchandise credit issued at the original selling price.
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and un-customized merchandise as a return for store credit or exchange. Only merchandise purchased through Petite Plume are eligible for gift returns and exchanges. Please reach out to our customer service team at info@petite-plume.com
Our warehouse works very hard to receive and process returns in a timely manner. Please allow for 2-3 weeks for the refund to go back to the original form of payment.
