Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will accept items for return only if purchased directly on www.petite-plume.com.

To complete your return, we require a copy of the receipt or packing slip be included in the return as well as an indication of why you are returning it. (A handwritten note is fine.) If either is missing, we will not accept it.

Returns will be accepted for any reason for a full refund, minus any shipping charges. The items must be in clean, unwashed, unworn condition in the original boxes. We're sorry, but we will not accept any monogrammed items for return. We appreciate your understanding and we welcome you to contact us with any questions or concerns at sales@petite-plume.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you use tracking or delivery confirmation on your return just to be safe. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to refund your payment upon receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. If your item is approved for return, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Price Adjustment Policy

If you pay full price for an item that is later discounted, Petite Plume will be happy to adjust the price if it is addressed within 24 hours of your purchase. Items purchased at a discounted rate are ineligible for price adjustments. No adjustments will be made for discounted items during our Black Friday - Cyber Monday sales.
