Returns, Refunds & Policies

At Petite Plume, we want you to feel delighted with your purchase. Should you need to make a return or exchange, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are observed to ensure a seamless experience:

Returns Eligibility: 

  • Return Requests must be made within 14 days of the shipping date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached.
  • Monogrammed, embroidered, hair accessories, dog accessories, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • While exchanges are always complimentary within the U.S., returns for a refund are subject to a $7.00 return shipping fee.
  • Each return request must be sent back with its designated return label. For accuracy, items from different orders may not be combined in one package.
  • For the most seamless service, returns initiated through our portal are prioritized, while those sent with independent labels may encounter extended processing times.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our team, you will be notified of its approval, and your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that Petite Plume reserves the right to decline refunds or exchanges for items not returned in salable condition. Items assessed as unsalable will not be returned to the customer.

If you have a return/exchange please email us at info@petite-plume.com and include your order number. 


International Orders:

Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible to return via our online return portal; return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please send the item along with your order number and reason for the return (a handwritten note is perfectly fine) to the following address:

Monogrammed Orders:

  • Monogrammed orders take an additional 7-10* business days for processing. (*subject to change, please refer to product information for current processing times)
  • All items are held pending shipment.
  • During the busy holiday season, our non-functional chest pockets may be sewed down to ensure all orders are shipped in time for Christmas.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If you believe your package is lost, email us right away at info@petite-plume.com  so that we can take care of it as quickly as possible. Please report lost packages to us within 7 business days of the original delivery date.

Kindly note if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.

Chargeback Policy: 
We understand that you may have questions or concerns regarding credit card transactions, or the possibility of fraudulent purchases. In an effort to accommodate our customers, we kindly ask that you reach out to us prior to opening a chargeback with your bank. This allows us the flexibility to investigate the order and refund or replace your order in a timely manner. Once a chargeback is opened, we are unable to refund your order and the process to reconcile can take between 30 - 90 days depending on bank processing time.
