Returns and Exchanges

If needed you have 14 days to return or exchange items in new, unworn, unwashed condition. We partner with Postco to make returns and exchanges easy. Just make sure to have your order number handy. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Orders placed on November 1st, 2023 through December 25th, 2023 are returnable until January 10th, 2024.

If something is wrong, we will make it right. Please email if there is an issue with your order.

We charge $7.00 for a return label. If you wish to forgo this charge and send your item(s) in at your own expense you may do so. Please include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange instructions inside the package. Send the item(s) to the following address:

Monogrammed Orders

Monogrammed orders take an additional 9-12 business days for processing. All items are held pending shipment.  

During the busy holiday season, our non-functional chest pockets may be sewed down to ensure all orders are shipped in time for Christmas.

Price Adjustment Policy

If you pay full price for an item that is later discounted, Petite Plume will be happy to adjust the price if it is addressed within 24 hours of your purchase. Items purchased at a discounted rate are ineligible for price adjustments. No adjustments will be made for discounted items during our Black Friday - Cyber Monday sales.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost or missing in transit, please contact us so we can file a claim with the shipping company. Once concluded and if the package is not found, we will replace your order. If your order was stolen or missing after confirmed delivery, we ask that you check with neighbors and wait a full week, as often packages will turn up.  We also ask that you file a police report and share that with us.  Once this process is concluded, we can replace the order. No refunds will be given.
