    Incredible Customer Service! Stunning, super soft PJs - the ultimate classic sleepwear.

    Wow, this is what great customer service is all about - I received a defective product (slippers that I ordered along side the PJS, but not the PJSs themselves) and Petite Plume went above and beyond to make the situation right, and were so incredibly kind, responsible, and understanding. These are real people, who know that we, the customer, are real people. I was treated with such kindness and humanity. Absolutely blown away and will forever be loyal to this brand. Doesn’t hurt, of course, that their product is so luxurious, soft, made of natural fibers - pure cotton, and has a gorgeous fit.
