Men's Twill Pajama Set in Match Point

I am a new online customer of Petite Plume and I purchased 2 pairs of differing designed twill pajamas (Match Point and La Mer) for my Dad as a present for his 95th Birthday and I also purchased a gift box so that this gift would arrive in a presentable manner. I bought both pairs of pjs in my Dad's normal size of Medium. When he tried them on - we were both surprised to see that they were too amply cut (too large). I contacted customer service (returns and exchanges dept) and without going into to too much detail - the lovely rep who had handled my call and dealt with the nature of this personal matter to me went above and beyond to expedite my request for an exchange in the pajamas size to a size Small - she has such a gigantic heart - she was made privy that my Dad was visiting me for a BIG Milestone Birthday and she did not want me to wind up empty handed without furnishing my Dad with a proper gift before he flew back home to where he resides. She even offered to ship the exchange to my Dad's home residence, but I gave her the possible dates that he was considering leaving and as I started off stating - this super kind rep expedited the process of the exchange and it arrived a few days before my Dad vacated. I was SOOOO relieved to see that the size Small pajamas fit my Dad perfectly! He LOVES THEM!! The patterns are adorable and very smart/sharp/handsome looking!!
