I love the softness. They do lose a lot of material in the wash....my lint basket is full after washing them. I guess that will change as time goes along. But they are still soft. I like them a lot and may order another pair. I ordered a large. If I order again, I will get the medium. The pants fit well, but the top is a little too loose. I'm short so the cropped pants fit me well just coming to ankles. Considering everything, they are my favorite pajamas.
